About Speedle

When you glance at the speedrun timer, you'll notice a code that holds the key to the game's parameters. Let's break it down:

  • v01: This represents the version of the game, which is currently fixed at v01.
  • N: The letter N denotes the difficulty level, with options including N for normal, H for hard, and U for ultra hard.
  • 5: This number signifies the word length, specifically tailored to the New York Times wordlist, where each word is of length 5.
  • x10: The length of the speed run is indicated here, revealing how many wordles you have to solve during the game.
  • -aXY: If present, this segment indicates which autoguessing features are enabled. The first digit (X) determines if "automatically press enter" is turned on (1) or off (0), while the second digit (Y) represents the number of autoguesses available.
  • -dX: When included, this parameter indicates the amount of delay time after each guess, measured in 10ths of a second.
  • -pX: If present, this parameter showcases the amount of penalty time added for each wrong guess, measured in 10ths of a second.
  • /X: This segment, if present, signifies the activation of a specific variant (B for blind, K for hidden keyboard).
