Squardle

Squardle is a captivating variation of the popular game Wordle. In Squardle, you'll put your word-solving skills to the test as you tackle a 5x5 grid of interlocking words. With colored hints to guide you, this game is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat!

Colored Hints in Squardle

In Squardle, the hints come in the form of colors, each providing valuable information about the letters in the grid. Here's a quick breakdown of what each color signifies:

  • Green: This letter is in its correct square. Once a square is solved, it stays green for the rest of the game.
  • Yellow, Red, and Orange: These colors indicate that the letter is not in the guessed square, but is present in the same row, column, or both.
  • White: This letter isn't in this row or column, but it appears elsewhere on the board.
  • Black: This letter doesn't appear on the board at all.

Making Guesses and Using Notes

As you make your guesses in Squardle, you'll need to think strategically. Your guesses will be entered into both a row and a column, and you won't get to choose where to enter your next guess—the game will automatically cycle through the rows and columns. However, you can enter notes in blue circles to remember what letter you want to try in a square on a later guess by clicking on a square and typing in the letter.
